WRAS Approved Butterfly Valves Genebre Quality

WRAS Approved Butterfly Valves Wafer Pattern

For a quality wafer pattern, WRAS-approved butterfly valves you cannot beat the Genebre ART 2109; this valve has a cast iron epoxy-coated body, 316-grade stainless steel disc, EPDM seals and an NBR O-ring. Blue in colour it can be mounted between EN 1092-1 PN10/16 and ANSI 150 flanges and is available in sizes 50mm (2”) to 300mm (12”). For sizes 50mm (2”) to 200mm (8”), this excellent WRAS-approved butterfly valve comes complete with a lever handle and in sizes 250mm (10”) and 300mm (12”), it is supplied with gear operation. As well as the implications of WRAS approval for the water industry, this same valve is used extensively in the installation of swimming pools and has been for many years. These same WRAS-approved butterfly valves are available for actuation following the ISO 5211 standard and have a maximum working temperature of 120°C; contact us to place an order or price your next installation.

WRAS Approved Butterfly Valves Lugged & Tapped

This Genebre ART 2108 lugged and tapped WRAS-approved butterfly valve is manufactured from GGG-40 ductile iron material and as with the wafer pattern version comes with a 316-grade stainless steel disc, EPDM seats and an NBR O-ring. This version is available with a standard lever for sizes 50mm (2”) to 250mm (10”) with the 300mm (12”) version being gear operated. Working temperature varies from -20°C to 120°C and a complete guide to operating temperatures and pressures is available by contacting our sales team who will provide you with a full data sheet. The Genebre ART 2108 in sizes from 50mm (2”) to 150mm (6”) can be mounted between EN 1092-1 PN16 flanges and larger sizes require EN 1092-1 PN10 flanges.
