Trade counter service here at Besssges (Valves, Tubes & Fittings) Ltd is an integral part of the excellent customer service we offer to fulfil customer requirements and expectations. Our trade counter officially opens at 08:00am Monday to Friday and closes at 17:00pm although we always have staff in from around 07:30am every day and during much of the week after 17:00pm, so if need be we are always flexible for our customers. It must also be noted that outside these hours including Bank Holidays and weekends, we offer an out-of-hours call-out service to all our account customers; this is a collection-only service expanding our trade counter services. Customer service is always at the forefront of what we offer here at Besseges and our trade counter is no different, collections of pre-arranged orders are part of what we offer but for anyone looking for industrial or even domestic pipeline products our door is open.

Trade Counter Domestic and Commercial Heating Products

After many years of offering a restricted range of domestic and commercial heating products, we have invested in new stock to attract the commercial heating market to our company. In the last two years, we became a leading distributor of M-Profile press fittings and can offer the full M-Press range in carbon steel, copper and stainless steel. Because of this, we have increased our stock of small-bore table x copper tubes from 15mm to 28mm and added to our stock 35mm to 54mm table x copper tubes. In addition, we can offer solder, end feed and compression copper in each of the sizes mentioned; visit our trade counter or contact the sales team for more information.

Besseges (Valves, Tubes & Fittings) Ltd is the official distributor for several valve manufacturers but our focus is Genebre and Albion valve products. We offer an excellent range of WRAS-approved valves in ball and butterfly types as well as a range of gate valves, globe valves, non-return valves and bellows sealed stop valves.
