BSP Threaded Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

Genebre quality stainless steel pipe fittings are a leading brand of BSP threaded manufactured in 316 stainless steel. Suitable for many applicable installations they have parallel female threads and taper male threads. Originally manufactured under the old BS 1740 specification they are now manufactured to ISO 4144:2003 and threaded in accordance to ISO 7-1. We can provide the relevant certification for stainless steel pipe fittings from our partners at Genebre; supporting the use at 20 bar and the table below provides the temperature restrictions associated with higher pressures.

As you can see from the table sensibly, the maximum working pressure above 40°C and including 100°C is 16.5 bar. Stainless Steel Ball Valve Range

To accompany our range of stainless steel pipe fittings we offer threaded one piece, two piece and three piece stainless steel ball valves. Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings These ranges are also Genebre quality products and offer excellent value for money.

For those looking at the most basic inexpensive stainless steel ball valve the Genebre ART 2002 is a one-piece 316 stainless steel ball valve and is 63 bar rated with a maximum working temperature of 160° at 10 bar. This product is available in sizes 8mm (¼”) to 50mm (2”) and deliveries are available via Genebre by contacting our sales team.

The two-piece Genebre ART 2014 stainless steel ball valves are a very popular competitively priced product. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with 15% carbon filled PTFE seals this excellent product can be used across many mediums. Minimum temperature is -25°C at 63 bar to 160°C at 10 bar.

Finally yet importantly is one of our top selling ball valve products, the Genebre ART 2025 316 stainless steel three-piece unit. The standard valve will operate to the same parameters as the previously discussed ART 2014 but is available with 25% carbon filled seals which improves the temperature range dramatically; with a maximum operating temperature of 260°C and a valve we regular supply for 10 bar steam systems.
