Stainless Steel Ball Valve Genebre Three Piece

This versatile stainless steel ball valve range is available with three end connections from stock, BSP threaded, socket weld and butt weld in sizes from 15mm (1/2”) to 100mm (4”) nominal bore. The standard valve is 63 bar rated with a maximum temperature of 180°C, the seats and seals are 15% carbon-filled PTFE with a Viton steam seal, and the valve body is manufactured from CF8M (316) stainless steel. A stainless steel ball valve of this quality and price can be used on many pipework systems as a manual stainless steel ball valve or an actuated stainless steel ball valve. We actuate stock valves with single spring return actuators or double actuators and can fit solenoids, open & shut indicators and limit switches, all you need to do is contact us and specify your requirements. In addition, we can also provide a stainless steel ball valve with an extended spindle to suit both manual and actuated applications where the operating temperature can either be an issue for the operator or prevent damage to the actuator. Stainless Steel Ball Valve Genebre Three Piece Higher Temperature Applications

The ART 2025HT stainless steel ball valve is the same valve body as discussed in the previous paragraph but fitted with 25% carbon-filled PTFE seats and seals and still with a Viton stem seal. This highly versatile stainless steel ball valve can be used on steam applications from 10 to 25 bar but also ensures a long service life at lower pressures from 7 to 10 Bar. This particular process steam valve is used solely by one of our area’s leading steam boiler refurbishment contractors, the same stainless steel ball valve can be found on many process steam systems throughout the North West of England and beyond. The Genebre ART 2014 stainless steel ball valve is one of our fastest moving valve products, a high-quality CF8M (316) stainless steel product with many uses including low-pressure steam (under 7 Bar), hot and cold water systems including potable water installed under European Directives and although this valve is not WRAS approved it is a suitable equivalent and we can provide the relevant Genebre certificate on request. This also applies to the standard version of the ART 2025 Genebre three-piece stainless steel ball valve and again the relevant certificates from Genebre can be provided.
