Stainless Steel Ball Valve Genebre Quality

Genebre offers a comprehensive range of high-quality products in a one-piece stainless steel ball valve, a two-piece stainless steel ball valve and a three-piece stainless steel ball valve. The one-piece stainless steel ball valve range from Genebre offers several excellent alternatives either available from stock or on a lead time from Genebre. Materials available are AISI 316 stainless steel or CF8M stainless steel investment castings with female ends and male-female ends in lever or T-handle options.

Our two-piece stainless steel ball valve range again comes in a wide range of options and within this range is one of our biggest sellers the ART 2014 Genebre stainless steel ball valve which is a full bore ISO 7 threaded valve that is female/female and comes complete with 15% carbon filled PTFE seats, maximum temperature 180°C and a maximum pressure of 63 bar, for a data sheet with pressure and temperature curve please contact our sales team. Another big seller from our range of two-piece stainless ball valves is the Genebre ART 2528 which is available from stock flanged PN16/PN40 depending on the size.

The 15mm to 50mm nominal bore range is PN40 rated with a maximum temperature of 180°C and the 65mm to 200mm range is PN16 rated and is still rated to 180°C, like the smaller valve it comes complete with 15% carbon filled PTFE seats and seals, again a full data sheet is available with this stainless steel ball valve although a detailed description and dimensions can be found on its datasheet. On the same page you will also find the ART 2528A stainless steel ball valve which comes with flanged ANSI 150 B16.5, both of these valves are suitable for direct mount actuators ISO 5211:2001, for an actuated version of these valves please contact our sales team.

Finally, in this section, we offer what we believe is one of the best value for money three piece stainless ball valves available on the market, the Genebre ART 2025 CF8M (316), this excellent product is available with a 15% carbon-filled PTFE seal rating of 180°C or 25% carbon filled PTFE seals rating it at 260°C. Again this stainless steel ball valve can be purchased with a lever handle for manual operation or actuated due to the direct mount design to ISO 5211:2001. Other similar designed ball valves in this range are the Genebre ART 2026 with butt weld connections and the ART 2027 which comes complete with socket weld ends, all three valves have the same seat and seal options, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Stainless Steel Ball Valve Albion Range

Albion offers a similar range of stainless steel ball valves to all we have mentioned in the previous paragraphs, in a one-piece stainless steel ball valve the ART 901L is available, in a two-piece equivalent to our Genebre ART 2014 is the Albion ART 902 and for a three-piece valve with threaded ends the Albion ART 993 is their equivalent to the Genebre ART 2025. Stainless steel flanged ball valves in PN16 come in the guise of the ART 926 or the ART 928 for the ANSI 150 B16.5 version.
