JH-Series Mechanical Steam Traps

We offer a small range of TLV JH-series mechanical steam traps in sizes 1/2″ (15mm) – 2″ (50mm), this includes the all stainless steel JH3S-X as well as cast steel JH5 & JH7RL-X. These TLV steam traps are ideal for medium to high pressure processes and available BSPT threaded as well as PN25/40 or ANSI-150 flanged. All JH-series steam traps use a precision ground stainless steel free float.
The free float rises and falls with condensate flow, opening the valve to drain condense and closing when steam enters the trap, it also provides infinite sealing surfaces for a long service life. JH free float traps also include a built-in strainer and thermostatic X-element for automatic air venting and quick start up, they’re also easy to maintain due to the removable cover.
