TLV J7.2X / J7.5X Cast Iron Free Float Steam Traps

TLV J7.2X & J7.5X cast iron mechanical free float steam traps come in sizes up to 2″ (50mm) with PN16 flanged ends to EN 1092-1 (DIN 2501). These TLV steam traps are available with many differential pressure ranges and discharge capacities up to 15t/h. All of these traps use a spherical stainless steel free float which rises and falls with condensate flow, opening the valve to discharge condense and closing when steam enters.
These mechanical steam traps are all in-line repairable due to their removable cover, they also have a built-in strainer to protect internal components as well as a thermostatic X-element air vent for fast start-up and air venting until close-to-steam temperature. The free float provides infinite sealing surfaces and reduces concentrated wear for a long service life.
