Pressure Reducing Valves

We offer a selection of pilot operated and direct-acting pressure reducing valves from TLV, this includes BSPT taper threaded and BS EN 1092-1 (PN25/40) flanged options in sizes up to 4″ (100mm). These units are used to control the pressure of steam, air and other gases, they’ll provide the defined output pressure even as flow-rates fluctuate.
Many of the TLV PRV’s we offer come with built-in cyclone separators, strainers and free float steam traps for improved space efficiency and steam quality. Our high precision COSPECT PRV’s all use a shock-absorbing spherical piston for a greater flow rate. Our range of pressure reducing valves includes the COS, COSR, S-COS, S-COSR & DR20.
