Cyclone Separators

We offer a selection of cyclone separators from TLV including the DC3A, DC3S, SF1 & DC7 all of which have their own unique design features, sizes range from 1/2″ (15mm) to 4” (100mm) depending on the model. Our cyclone separators are up to 98% efficient and used to separate entrained condensate from steam or air.
DC3S Ductile iron separators include a built-in free float steam trap and the DC3A has a built-in air trap resulting in cost and space savings. The SF1 has an inbuilt stainless steel filter, and finally, we offer the DC7, a simple cyclone separator without any other bells and whistles. All of these separators are available threaded or flanged.
