Air & Drain Traps

We offer TLV’s full range of free float air and drain traps, this includes JA3D &amp; JA3 air traps as well as SS1VG drain traps. These lightweight, compact traps are used to remove entrained condensate from compressed air or other gases. They all utilise a precision ground float with three-point seating to ensure a firm seal even when tiny amounts of condensate are present.</p>
<p>All of the TLV air and drain traps we offer are BSPT taper threaded with a built-in stainless steel filter/screen. The ductile iron JA3 has a built-in scale removal function, the JA3D has a zinc alloy body, both are 16 bar (PN16) pressure rated. The SS1VG-M with its stainless steel body and orifice is suitable for up to 21 bar pressure.
