Black 3000lb Carbon Steel Pipe Fittings ASME B16.11

We offer a full range of forged black carbon steel fittings to ASME B16.11 from stock, this includes elbows, tees, couplings, nipples and more. All of these fittings are forged from black (self-colour) ASTM A105N carbon steel and conform to ASME B16.11:2016 as well as BS 3799:1974. Manufactured in Europe by Lame and supplied with 3.1 material test certificates.
ASME B16.11 carbon steel fittings are available in sizes 1/8” (6mm) – 4” (100mm) NB and come BSPT taper threaded to BS EN 10226-2 (ISO 7-1) or NPT threaded to ASME B1.20.1. These pipe fittings are 3000 or 6000lb/psi pressure rated and generally used on high pressure/temperature systems in the petroleum, chemical, fracking and oilfield industries among others.
