Grooved Couplings & Fittings

We offer a full range of ductile iron grooved couplings and pipe fittings from stock, this includes red-oxide primer painted, HDG galvanised and epoxy white versions. All of our grooved products have been manufactured by Viking and can be installed without any special tools or hot working. Grooved fittings and couplings are primarily used in the fire protection industry and come with a variety of approvals including LPC, UL, FM & VdS.
We supply long & short radius fittings as well as a small range of mild steel grooved pipe to BS EN 10255, all of these fire protection couplings are fitted with EPDM rubber seals. Grooved lubricant (available separately) should be used to ensure a strong seal, grooved fittings & couplings are up to 34.5 bar (500 PSI) pressure rated with an operating temperature of -34°C – 110°C.
