PN16 Flange Adapters

We offer a full range of grooved PN16 flange adapters in ductile iron with a red-painted or HDG galvanised finish, this includes sizes 2” (DN50) – 12” (DN300). All of our part 321 flange adapters have been manufactured by Viking EMEA and suit PN16 flanges to BS EN 1092-1:2018 (previously BS 4504). These fittings are often used in the fire protection industry where a flanged connection is required, they come with FM, UL & VdS approvals.
All of these grooved couplings come with EPDM seals built-in and can be installed without the need for any specialised tools or soldering, they’re also provide a low-cost, quick-install alternative to threaded or welded fittings. 16 bar (225 PSI) pressure rated, grooved lubricant should be used during installation.
