End Caps

We offer end caps with grooved ends from Viking EMEA from stock, this includes ductile iron fittings with red-painted or HDG galvanised finishes in sizes 1” (33.7mm OD) – 12” (323.9mm OD). These caps are designed for use with grooved couplings and provide an alternative to threaded or welded fittings that is more economical as well as being quicker and easier to install.
Often used in the fire protection industry these grooved pipe fittings come with a number of approvals including FM, UL & VdS. Our red and galvanised grooved end caps are up to 34.5 bar (500 PSI) pressure rated, they can be installed without any special tools or hot-working though the use of grooved lubricant is strongly advised.
