22.5 Degree Elbows

Viking 110 ductile iron grooved 22.5 degree elbows are available here in sizes between 1 1/4″ – 8″ NB (42.4mm – 219.1mm OD), this included both red-painted and HDG galvanised versions. All of these grooved pipe fittings come with UL, FM & VdS approvals, you’ll most often find them used in fire protection systems in conjunction with grooved couplings.
Grooved fittings and couplings provide a watertight seal which and can be installed quickly and easily without the need or specialised tools or hot-working, they’re also an economical alternative to threaded or welded fittings. Our 22.5 degree grooved elbows are all 34.5 bar/500 PSI pressure rated and should be used with grooved lubricant, this ensures good contact between the fitting and EPDM gasket.
