Flexible Couplings

We offer a full range of flexible grooved couplings from Viking EMEA, this includes sizes 1″ – 16″ as well as red-oxide primer painted, HDG galvanised and epoxy white finishes. Flexible coupling use EPDM gaskets and force applied by the included steel bolts & hex nuts to create a tight seal between grooved pipe or fittings, this type of coupling allows for linear & angular movement as well as thermal expansion or contraction. We also offer a small range of flexible reducing couplings.
These ductile iron couplings are often used in fire protection systems and come with a variety of relevant approvals include FM, UL, LPC & VdS. 1N flexible couplings are up to 34.5 bar (500 PSI) pressure rated and can be installed without any hot working or specialised tools, grooved lubricant should be used (available separately).
