ANSI B16.5 Forged Flanges

We offer a full range of forged carbon steel flanges to the ASME/ANSI B16.5:2017 standard, they’re available in pressure class 150 & class 300 with sizes from 1/2″ (DN15) – 24″ (DN600). Our range includes slip-on welding flanges, Sch40 & Sch80 weld neck flanges, BSPT & NPT taper threaded flanges as well as blanking flanges.
All of our ASME B16.5 forged flanges are made of self-colour ASTM A105 carbon steel with an HDG galvanised or yellow anti-rust coating. Many of these flanges are bossed and all come with a raised face offering a stronger seal, 3.1 test certification is also available for these products ensuring full traceability.
