Replacement Seals

We’ve got a small range of replacement seals and gaskets available from stock, these repair kits suit some of our Genebre ball valves as well as their actuated counterparts. These PTFE seal kits include replacement ball seats, body gaskets and thrust washers as well as O-rings and packing for the valve stem.
The Art2820C seal kit suit Genebre Art2025, Art2026 & Art2027 stainless steel 3-piece ball valves, this kit includes stronger, steam rated seals with 25% graphite filling as opposed to the standard 15%. When using this kit, the valves are rated for 10 bar (PN10) steam at up to 180°C. The Art2909C contains reinforced PTFE seals and gaskets, again with 25% graphite filling for the Genebre Art2528 & Art2528A flanged ball valves, please note that these seals are not steam rated.
