Bimetal Thermometers

We offer Genebre bimetal thermometers, including the Art8032, Art8037 & Art8039 models. These thermometers are available with various measurement scales to suit both low and high operating temperatures. Designed for direct temperature measurement, they use a bimetal helix—two cold-welded metal strips with different thermal expansion rates—to convert temperature changes into rotational motion, which moves the pointer with minimal friction.
