Actuated Ball Valves - Welded

We can supply a small selection of actuated ball valves for welding, this includes the Art5026 & Art5027 stainless steel 3-piece ball valves from Genebre. The Art5026 comes with butt weld ends to ANSI/ASME B16.25 and the Art5027 comes with socket weld ends to ANSI/ASME B16.11, both come with a 63 bar pressure rating, a polished stainless steel ball and PTFE seals with 15% graphite.
Each valve is actuated on site and supplied with an Art5800 GNP pneumatic actuator which is mounted on the valves ISO 5211 direct mounting bracket, these rack and pinion style actuators are available in both double acting and spring return varieties. Each actuator comes with a built-in visual open/close indicator and is designed to run on compressed air as well as just about any other inert gas.
