Flanges BS EN 1092-1 Material Available

Here at Besseges (Valves, Tubes & Fittings) Ltd, we carry flanges BS EN 1092-1 in several materials, which are generally mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and PVC. In addition in the carbon steel range, we can offer galvanised finished threaded flanges from stock. These flanges are designated in the following way 01 (3) plate flanges, 05 (8) blind flanges, 11 (2) weld neck flanges, 12 (5) slip-on bossed (hub) flanges and 13 (4) bossed (hub) screwed and drilled flanges.

The old system under BS4504 is in brackets adjacent to the current designation, I have included these for the many of us that still describe metric flanges in this way and some things are difficult to shake off despite the length of time the changes have been in place. PN followed by a number refers to pressure nominal which indicates the approximate pressure rating in bars.

BS EN 1092-1 Carbon Steel Flanges

Our Carbon steel flanges BS EN 1092-1 are manufactured from material to EN 10025-2:2004 grade S235JR and material certificates are available for all sizes in this range. Mild steel plate BS EN 1092-1 plate and blank flanges are manufactured from the same material as our carbon steel range of flanges S235JR and are also available with test certificates. We can also provide flanges BS EN 1092-1 with 3.1b certification when required, please contact our sales team to discuss this option.

We have a wide range of stock flanges BS EN 1092-1 across the entire available products which include plate and blank flanges from 15mm (½”) to 600mm (24”), slip-on bossed (Hub) flanges from 15mm (½”) to 300mm (12”), screwed & drilled bossed (Hub) flanges from 15mm (½”) to 150mm (6”) and weld neck flanges from 15mm (½”) to  200mm (8”). Larger flanges are available than those quoted on longer deliveries at very competitive prices and again contacting our sales team will give your business exactly what you are looking for including pipe, fittings and valves to complete your installation.

BS EN 1092-1 Stainless Steel Flanges

Here at Besseges (Valves, Tubes & Fittings) Ltd we carry a smaller range of stainless steel flanges BS EN 1092-1 mainly in the lower pressure band PN6 and PN16. These flanges can be found in 304 and 316 material with test certificates and full traceability assured and although our stock is not as comprehensive as the carbon steel range the only limit to what we can offer is the size you require.

The designations of this material for flanges BS EN 1092-1 are the same as previously discussed and again we can offer pipe, fittings and valves to complete any works your business is involved in and look forward to hearing from you now and in the future.

As well as offering metal flanges BS EN 1092-1 in the types we have already discussed we can also offer spinning flanges for many installations including PVC, steel and stainless steel as well as the spigots required to complete them.
