Brewing Industry Steam Systems Craft-Breweries

One of our most recent projects on brewing industry steam systems was at the home of Buxton Brewery based in Buxton, Derbyshire. For these works, we were approached by a local contractor Swift Welding of Buxton to assist in the sizing and supply of pipework, pressure-reducing valves, steam stop valves, fittings and steam traps for this project, an expansion of an already successful award-winning Craft-Brewery. We visited the site several times throughout this project after discussions about the size of their steam boiler and process requirements. Delivery of the project was done efficiently and on time and since completion has been a great success according to the Brewers themselves. Brewing Industry Steam Systems Micro-Breweries

Working with another specialist contractor on brewing industry steam systems we have completed the supply and aided in sizing all the materials for two Micro-Breweries in Kent. Included in this project were welded pipework for the installation of a line-end dirt pocket and a pressure-reducing set. The pipework supplied for the pressure-reducing set was already sized for the correct distances prior and proceeding to the TLV COS-R-16 Pressure Reducing Valve and came complete with outlets for the installation of pressure gauges. The line end dirt pocket was manufactured before delivery to site and came complete with an outlet for the installation of a TLV LA21 Air Eliminator as well as a steam trap.
